What Circuland does

Circuland is AI-powered software for supply chain traceability and Digital Product Passports. It centralises compliance documents, supplier data, audits and lifecycle records so manufacturers and their supply chains can meet EU regulatory requirements, and it generates compliant, QR-accessible passports directly from that data.

Regulatory scope

Digital Product Passport (DPP)

Under the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), product categories will require a DPP covering materials, durability, repairability and recycled content, phased in through delegated acts by product category.

EU Battery Passport

Under Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, industrial, EV and LMT batteries above 2 kWh placed on the EU market must carry a battery passport from 18 February 2027, covering supplier data, carbon footprint, material composition and lifecycle documents.

Passport delivery

Passports are served via QR code and NFC tag, and can be issued as self-issued IEC 61406 identifiers or as GS1 Digital Link using a manufacturer's own GTIN and resolver.
